My packages include travel within a 50 mile radius of Leeds City Centre.

I will travel anywhere to shoot your wedding, so if you are further away then just let me know and we'll sort something out. I don't charge much extra, just enough to cover the additional travel and sometimes (if you're really far away) a hotel near by. If you're getting married abroad or are having an elopement please contact me for more details.

I completely understand how important it is that you have some group photos of all your friends and family.

If group photos are requested, I would recommend allowing about 5 minutes per photo, so please try and make sure you allow enough time to get through your list.

And I'd recommend appointing someone with a loud voice to round people up quickly ready for the shots.

The likely hood is, that I haven’t. But that doesn’t mean I wont be prepared. I ALWAYS ALWAYS go and do a location recce of your venues before your wedding day.

I want to check out the lighting, where will be best for portraits, what the grounds might be like, meet the planner/vicar. I want to be prepared.

(And, I’ll work out a plan incase it rains)

Pre-wedding photo sessions are complimentary with all full day bookings.

It’s totally up to you if you don’t want to use it.

What I will say is that the couples who I’ve photographed at their pre-wedding session always feel much more comfortable on their wedding day.

The pre-wedding session lasts up to an hour where as we will likely only have 20-30 minutes to allow you to relax, feel comfortable and take gorgeous photos on your big day.

So if you’ve been through the “I feel a bit awkward doing this” stage already, it can make it so much easier for you.

It would be ideal to allow 45-60 minutes for your portraits, this can be spread out over the day. So perhaps 20 minutes or so after the ceremony and then again early evening. I don't like to take you away from your guests for too long, and we can work around when the light is best and what else you have planned.

There will be definitely be photographs from your big day that I just love. I will always share a few on my social pages and will probably write a short blog post in the months after your big day. If I were to submit or be asked to submit a select few images to wedding magazines or blogs then I will always ask your permission before doing so. I may also ask you for a testimonial as well. It's great to get some feedback on your experience of the day.

You will have access to your own private online gallery. It’s password protected so only the newly weds can access it.

I’ll provide you with a special link to share with guests so they can view your photos and order prints if they want to. (Without you worrying that they might press something they shouldn’t.)
